We have grown to an international team of over 60 engineers including very senior computer scientists and teachers recruited from leading universities in Eastern Europe and Asia as well as the United States. Most of our programmers have master’s degrees; some have PhDs or are pursuing their PhD.

Yitzchak (Itzak) Ehrlich
Itzak has over twenty years of experience in software development and architecture, along with building and managing software development teams. Throughout his career at Hewlett Packard and Dynamic Ventures, Itzak and his teams have developed quality software products marketed in a broad range of industries. He has advanced degrees electrical engineering, business (MBA), and psychology, along with extensive expertise developing technology and building teams. His strong technical skills and passion for organizational excellence are key to attracting and empowering great engineers who enjoy their work and take pride in delivering outstanding results for our clients.
Jeff Wildfogel
Jeff has been a Consulting Professor of Psychology at Stanford University for 22 years, where he earned his doctorate in psychology, and pioneered the study of Peak Performance. Jeff has used his methods to coach Olympic athletes as well as innovators in science and technology, working with companies like HP, Apple and Google. He works with our global development teams to help employees stay motivated and on task, and to ensure effective communications among our teams and with our clients.
Robert (Bob) Hutchinson
With over twenty years experience managing software development projects in medium to large organizations, Bob helps our teams focus on the right tasks and makes sure that the development process is on the right track. Prior to joining Dynamic Ventures, Bob had a successful sixteen-year career in R&D at Hewlett Packard as a product architect. He has experience in network management and security, cable modems, set-top boxes, and Intel servers. Bob has special expertise in product line architecture, enterprise divisional cost-reduction, strategic technology planning, and project leadership.
Lynn Rosener
Lynn has over 20 years’ experience in software usability and user interface (UI) design. She works closely with our clients and development teams to understand needs and requirements, and makes sure our software products are easy to learn and use. She earned her BA and MA from Stanford University and an MBA from Santa Clara University. Prior to joining the Dynamic Ventures team, Lynn was responsible for the design and usability of major commercial software products and web applications for Hewlett-Packard, Apple Computer, The Learning Company and Leap Frog Toys.
Quang Nguyen
Quang works with our growing teams in Vietnam, where she was born and raised. She holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois, and has software development experience with Silicon valley companies including Agilent, IBM, and Luxtron (now part of LumaSense Technologies). With Quang’s help, our Vietnamese teams are able to utilize their strong technical expertise to deliver quality code in a fraction of the time taken by typical programmers.
